Today, I was at a theme party and it was great to see what everyone had on.  But, there was some people who just looked a hot mess.  A jersey and short are great unless you put on stocking with high sandals on then you really need help.  This is the tip: Don't look like the clown of the party unless the theme of the party is clowns.  That's the tip of today.....
