"When People Show You Who They Are, Believe Them"


My statement today is this "why is it when someone shows you their true self good or bad you want to still change them" It's important to stop expecting people to be something they can never be.  My Aha!!! from this is the only people you can look for a change in is yourself. The reason people are the way they are is because of the life they have lived.  Most of the time we as humans beings see what we want to see and that is our vision of what someone could be.  Just look at who you have around you and that will tell you who you really are.  If the people around you are truly messes then you are truly messes. If they are always mudding the water (having issues) and causing trouble get rid of them fast.  When you see crazy (female/male) coming we want to fix it we need to learn how to run from it.   Most people in business don't hang out with people who aren't in business this is because they really don't have anything in common.  You can change if you keep on doing the same thing all the time that's truly crazy. So, if you have people in your life and they aren't going in the same direction that you are you need to change your circle of friends. If you know better then you can do better.  If you are getting any Aha!!! from these quotes please let me know... 


Question? Why do individuals think they can change others when they don't want to change themselves?

What's the Difference Between Networking and Social Climbing? This is just my opinion, but there's not a lot of difference in the two.  Both take you out of your comfort zone and you have to talk to individuals you have never met, but if you do your introduction correctly then you aren't a social climber you are now a networker.  You may say that this fact isn't true, but I beg to differ with that.  People think a social climber should never be let into the elite circle of friends, but if that some person is networking then the elite will gladly welcome that same person into there circle because now this same person is worthy.  So, you see there's always a way of going up the social ladder without it being a negative in life.....
