Pat EardleyPat Eardley, owner of Pat Eardley HR Advisor has over 17 years of experience as a recruiter, trainer, and executive. Pat has a diverse background, having industry experience in retail, telecommunications, hospitality and manufacturing. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Prior to becoming an advisor, Pat held the Assistant Director role at Wild Dunes Resort in South Carolina overseeing recruitment, benefits, employee relations, management development and compliance. Pat previously lived in Virginia and was the Director of Human Resources for The Founders Inn and Conference Center were she created and facilitated training and development programs. She has also created other human resources programs in such areas as executive development, succession planning, performance management and appraisals. Pat also has experience in local and international recruitment and cultural diversity.

Pat also volunteers with local shelters and nonprofit organizations to assist in human resources related skills such as resume writing, interviewing skills, professional appearance and job placement.
