Networking is a wonderful way to grow your database and your friendships with other business people. When you started your business one of the things you need to do is network you must be very careful about where you are networking and how you network. One of the most important things you must do is learn how to network which means you can't be apart of every group networking event you go to. You need to pick carefully where you want your business to go and who you want to partner with when it comes to networking. I've done a lot of networking and the one thing I've found to be true is that if you are networking all the time then you will never have time to grow your business. On the other hand you can't stay home and be on your social network an think that you will always meet the people you need to meet. It's a balance of both in order to make your business grow the correct way. One of the first things you need to do is pick a few days or nights out of the week and network on those days. Because you have to have a plan when it comes to networking just like you have to have a plan to grow your business. Know plan no networking and no business growth. Remember, balance is the key to everything when it comes to business. So, please go and network but make sure that this isn't taken all of your time because you'll never grow.
