Viola Davis looked great tonight for the Oscar's. She had a beautiful green gown on an her skin was glowing. Ms. Davis had the natural hairstyle and the color was wonderful. She should have won the Oscar tonight because she did a wonderful job in the "Help"

What you wear speaks volumes about you to your current and prospective employers. Dressing 101 Ill-fitting or too-tight clothes and casual ensembles make you look lazy or sloppy. "If you are wearing a blouse, absolutely no cleavage, and if there is any gap between the buttons, put on a shell underneath. Organizing Your Kitchen with These Quick & Easy Tips Remove from your kitchen counters anything that you don't use on a daily basis Organize your refrigerator and freezer by grouping like items together.  Place all the beverages on the same shelf and put all leftovers together. Expand kitchen space. Install a shelf under the sink.  Add racks to the inside of cabinet doors to hold plastic wrap and cleaners.  Use hooks to hold utensils. Don't keep plastic containers if it's at all possible.  If you must have plastic containers for leftover then only have a few as not to clutter up your cabinets.
